Return & Refund Policy
At The Soleil Sports, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at soleilsamson@yahoo.fr with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
